Most yoga is sold on what it will do to you. Kind Flow starts somewhere else. Kind is the standard we hold everything to — to each other in the room, to the body you brought today, to the space we borrow to do it in.
Flow is what actually happens for the hour: a dynamic vinyasa that builds heat and lets it go. Nobody's behind. No ranking, no comparing. Rest is always a full option.
Come flow with me.
5 class pass available!
Come every week, or mix it up.
$90 ($18 per class)
I started yoga in 2020. What kept me going back to yoga was real strength work, a connection to my body, and walking out steadier than I walked in. I loved my studio just as much for the people as the flow: the same faces, week after week, building something together.
Yoga was with me through two pregnancies, and I squeezed my 200-hour teacher training in between babies, whenever I could find the hours.
Golden Beach doesn't have what I was chasing; a proper, heat-building flow, taught with care. So I'm building it myself, one class at a time.
This is me giving it a go, same as you. Sunday, 7am. Bring yourself. Kind is the rule. Flow is the class.
Do I need yoga experience to come?
No. This is genuinely all levels. Cues are clear, options are offered if you need them, and rest is always a full option, never a lesser one.
What should I bring?
Just yourself — the Healing Hub supplies mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets. Bring a water bottle if you'd like one, and anything else that makes your practice more comfortable — an eye mask for savasana, for instance, if that's your thing.
Can I book just one class, or do I have to commit to all four?
Either — $25 for a single class, or $75 for all four Sundays in October.
